           Patient Group Expansion

Join our patient group and help us to develop the practice with your views in mind

The NHS is about to undergo some further big changes. By joining our patient group you will be able to listen to other patients and help represent their views.

            Improved Communications
We want to help our Patient group achieve its objective of improving the two-way communications between themselves and the other patients registered at the practice

Greater involvement from patients will help to develop services and make improvements that they feel are necessary and to make choices that are right for all our patients.

Improving two-way communications is also extremely valuable in enabling all parties to understand the issues and challenges that face us. Improvement in many areas is genuinely a two-way process and we hope that this partnership with patients will deliver significant improvements in the future.
