Listening to Patients

Patient Representative Groups are one of the ways that the practice can engage with patients. On a daily basis we listen to patients attending for appointments. We learn from concerns raised - as well as from praise for the things we do well. In addition to disussing a wide variety of patient-related matters, patient groups can focus on helping to advise on how we can make improvements to services. We have both a face to face patient group & a virtual online patient group

Face to Face or Virtual Group

Whilst our Patient Group holds face to face meetings from time to time, we also have a "virtual" group that contributes to improving the practice via email correspondence. Contact us for further information.
